Tanya’s friendly demeanor and sunshine personality make her a natural networker with colleagues and clients alike. She came to ViRTUS in 2022 as a Zoom Producer, where she works to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for facilitators and participants alike. Within a relatively short period, she learned the position from the bottom up and showed excellent initiative and flexibility, proving herself worthy of opportunities to assume leadership roles.

With a Masters in Commerce, Tanya also has a solid account and backend operations background. She has gained extensive experience in coordinating among multiple teams, providing efficient processes and accurate support in high-pressure settings. This combination of technical expertise, operational experience, and people-oriented focus has made her a highly valued member of the ViRTUS team.

With her humility, friendliness, and can-do attitude, Tanya is a person who easily gains people’s trust and makes them feel comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, experimenting with new foods, traveling to new destinations, and dancing.
