People-focused, thoughtful, and driven by curiosity, Rob brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations, teams, and leaders grow with clarity and purpose. Drawing on a lifelong background in sport, he believes high-performing organizations are built by creating shared vision, developing strong leaders, and fostering cultures where people can do their best work.

Throughout his career, Rob has partnered with founder-led, high-growth, and established organizations to scale operations, strengthen leadership teams, and navigate periods of growth and transformation. His experience spans executive leadership, operations, supply chain, organizational strategy, and business growth, with a practical approach that balances performance with culture and long-term sustainability.

Before joining ViRTUS, Rob was a leader in executive roles across multiple industries, including helping scale Lululemon through a period of significant growth, serving as President and COO of Houston Landscapes, and leading Supply Chain and Operations as Vice President at Native Shoes. He also serves organizations through board leadership, including past service on the Board of Governors at Brockton School and as an Independent Director for Squatwolf, a rapidly growing apparel brand based in the UAE.

As a strategic advisor and executive coach, Rob works alongside leaders to strengthen organizational capability, build leadership confidence, and create practical strategies that drive meaningful, lasting results. His collaborative style and operational expertise help clients navigate complexity while staying connected to their purpose and values.

Rob has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University and works with organizations across North America and internationally as a dual Canadian and U.S. citizen.

Based on Vancouver’s North Shore, Rob enjoys volunteering in his community, coaching youth sports, and speaking about leadership development and the role sport plays in building confidence, resilience, and character. When he’s not working, you’ll find him traveling with his family, exploring great food, or spending time outdoors.
