Organized, thoughtful, and naturally collaborative, Ina brings a strong background in project management, creative operations, and systems coordination to her role at ViRTUS.

Throughout her career, Ina has worked across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, leading complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and creating the processes and structure that help great work come to life. Her experience spans strategic planning, digital transformation, brand development, community engagement, and operational excellence, giving her a unique ability to balance big-picture objectives with the details that make execution successful.

Before joining ViRTUS, Ina worked as a Project Manager with Forward Group, partnering with governments, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations on initiatives focused on housing, healthcare, and community development. She also spent several years with FMG Publishing, progressing from Graphic Designer to Project Manager, where she developed a strong foundation in content management, quality assurance, brand consistency, and client experience.

As our Learning Experience & Content Coordinator, Ina is often the steady force behind the scenes, ensuring the details come together so learning experiences feel seamless, polished, and impactful.

With a talent for organization and a sharp eye for quality, she helps transform ideas into experiences that support both facilitators and learners.

Based in Nova Scotia, Ina feels most at home in the great outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, camping beneath the stars, or rock climbing with her husband, she’s always looking for her next adventure. She also spends as much time as possible strolling the beach with her dog, Thor, soaking in the beauty of the coast.
