Joan Noel
Joan Noel, BA CPCC ACC is a professional leadership & team/partnership coach who brings to coaching 20+ years experience in employee development, change management, HR, training and instructional design in both the corporate and consulting environments. She has a passion for facilitating the transfer of learning to the real world to create knowledge and wisdom. As a coach, Joan works with clients to identify and integrate their values and vision—to resonate from the inside out!
Joan's experience spans many industries, including technology, human resources, credit unions/co-op, non-profit as well as the marine, utilities and manufacturing sectors.
Joan's unique gifts are her ability to create a compassionate and positive space while keeping clients on track by asking the fierce questions... questions that clarify personal vision and strategy, and support a focused approach to achieving goals and realizing dreams.
Joan received her coach training in 2002 through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, California—one of the major coach training organizations in North America and completed her professional coaching designation, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach(CPCC) with CTI in 2006. Joan is currently pursuing advanced coaching credentials with The Center For Right Relationship where she co-leads a global community of practice that is committed to bringing positive and re-generative change to professional and personal communities. She is also an accredited member (ACC) in good standing with the International Coaching Federation, the professional body for practicing coaches.
