Authentic Leadership Circles™
Authentic Leadership Circles bring together a small group of leaders, either face-to-face or via conference call or Skype-like technology, for two-hour learning conversations. Each Circle is "peer" hosted by participants, or alternatively by an experienced coach, leadership practitioner or trained consultant. The Circle creates a comfortable environment for participants to build self-awareness around a leadership topic, and build a community of support. Authentic Leadership Circles can be customized with regard to conversation topics; with 20 Authentic Leadership Circle topics currently available, the full program can consist of one session or a series of sessions over the course of six to twelve months.
Authentic Leadership - Self-Management System™
The Authentic Leadership - Self Management System™ supports leaders to articulate and live congruently with their authentic self more of the time. It supports leaders to become clear about who they are, what their core purpose is, and what their values are. The system can be used annually, in times of major life changes, or anytime a leader wants to re-connect to their authentic self as a jump start for more effective leadership. This system helps you truly understand what your leadership principles are on a day-to-day basis, and get clear on your life vision and goals.

Authentic Leadership Circle Apps™
Authentic Leadership Circle Apps™ are simple, practical tools and support for leaders to develop foundational competencies for Authentic Leadership. These foundational competencies include things like - how to have difficult conversations, how to manage the inner critic, how to have just a little more work-life balance, and many others.
These apps provide a way to support leaders globally. They were designed to be used in the comfort of your own community, office, or home - you can watch 2 videos, download and work through an Action Worksheet, and participate in a supportive community as you go about your learning.
